    I called them back yesterday only to be told they had forgotten to order it (even though they had me write down my name and phone number and the brand of wine that I wanted in their order book) and that a manager would be calling me in the afternoon. I never received a call from the manager.

    Ordered a case of wine at this establishment a month ago. It was going to be a Christmas present for someone close to me. I was told someone would call when my order came in, probably within 1 - 2 weeks. I never received a call.
