  Brought my son in for a cut. Left with a cut that was completely crooked in the front, uneven in the back, and had two bald patches on it, with one side about twice as long as the other. I felt too uncomfortable to bring my dissatisfaction to her attention, but was quite shocked that someone would let a client leave with such a cut. Luckily was able to bring him to someone else that night to fix it.

  I got my hair colored and cut. the color wasn't as requested. I spent over $300 and was not satisfied with my colour at all. When I got booked with a new stylist to fix the damage, she was disgusted with the fact she has to fix my hair because I wear a scarf. Was very rude and just huffing about it. My old stylist then came to me and said she will fix her mistake and rebooked for march 5/17. she was so sweet and respectful. But wont ever go back go because I was treated like crap because of my culture. the damage has not been fixed yet and am not confident it will be at this point.

  This is my son's account but I go here and Keith does my hair and I think he does an excellent job and everyone is nice here. I will continue to go here.

  I have had great service here! The ladies always greet me when I come and always offer to help, even though I always know what I am coming there for. CONNIE is a fabulous hair dresser! I will never go to anyone ever again.

  My stylist was Anthony a senior stylist. All I wanted was a wash,trim, no layers and blow dry. I left that Hair Salon with exactly what I had imagined in my head, on my head. I have been here since 2009 and he is the first hair stylist to listen to what I wanted, My hair was perfect! Thank you Emma Annis
